Hypercoagulation Panel #266438 now available!
LabCorp has given us a custom panel to replace the former #505443 one that was being processed in Denver. Now all specimens are going to Burlington, NC and will be run there. There are several changes. The genetic tests will need to be ordered separately (see individual order numbers) in addition to the panel since none of them will reflex. PAI-1 Activity is not included in the panel. Please just go straight to the genetic testing for that one. Since Test #266438 is a custom panel, you won’t see it on the LabCorp website but it can be ordered through the Link system or added to your EMR.

Professional Co-op also is offering this panel for $299 + $99 for each Genetic test. The PAI-1 4G/5G Polymorphism test is currently available but is still being negotiated. Please let your LabCorp sales rep know how important it is for your patients to have this testing avaiable.
Quest is still a testing option, however until each region has a panel built (codes differ between regions), you will need to order tests individually.
The CPT codes for each test are available below; if patients need to check with their insurance for coverage for any of these tests. Additionally, the ICD 10 hypercoagulation codes are also available below; subject to approval by the Insurance companies. .

To order LabCorp testing for your US patients, please email Customerservice@professionalco-op.com to receive the necessary sign-up paperwork. This will give you access to all LabCorp testing for these patients. When the testing is ordered, you will know what the charges are and can get patient payment up front before sending them the order forms. LabCorp is located in all states except Hawaii.
