Melissa has spent 15+ years of her career as a Nurse Practitioner at Johns Hopkins Hospital and currently provides care for cardiology patients at Sinai Hospital. Naturally, she turned to the best conventional medicine resources when she was faced with her own healthcare challenges.

However, as is common with the conventional medicine approach to chronic illness, the root causes of her symptoms weren’t addressed. She was presented with “solutions” that felt like band-aids based solely on pharmaceuticals rather than her body’s needs and ability to heal.

She knew there had to be a better, more effective way to offer patient care.
